I attended last year, should I return again?
All the main sessions will be completely new material, and many of the breakouts will be new material. But there are at least two reasons to attend again:

  1. Being a 16:5 Church is a lifetime effort. You don't "learn" it and forever you are both faithful and fruitful. Being faithful and fruitful takes a lifetime of battle and small corrections during the course. This conference may help you consider some course corrections.

  2. Bringing as many people from your church as possible will allow you to discuss a vision for the future of your church that they can grab onto and support. Going to a conference as a team (pastors, staff, key volunteers) is a great way to advance the mission of your church.

Who is 16:5 for? Who can attend?
Anyone is welcome to attend. 16:5 is primarily geared towards pastors, staff, and key volunteers of churches who have a passion to be truly relevant in our culture and fulfill the Great Commission without any compromise of the Truth, even when the Truth is offensive in our culture.

How much does it cost?
The early bird registration cost is $45. After December 15th, the registration cost is $55. For every three paid registrations, one free registration will be given. Registration after March 9th is $65 and registration at the door is $75.

What if I bring several from our church? Any discounts?
We believe that getting as many of your team here as possible is so important that with every three paid registrations, one free registration will be given. If you have ten paid registrations, all other attendees from your church can attend free!

When is the 16:5 conference?
Monday-Tuesday, March 18th-19th 2013. Click here to go to Schedule page

Why should I attend the 16:5 conference?
The advantages of giving up two days and $55 for the 16:5 conference would include the following:

  • Hearing the story of Northridge Church and the lessons we have learned and are learning in becoming a 16:5 church
  • Connecting with other pastors, churches, and volunteers with similar desires and passions
  • Gathering philosophical and programmatic ideas as you consider your role in the leadership of your church
  • To worship God together with like-minded followers of Christ. The conference is risk-free. If the two days wasn't worth your $55, we will refund your registration.

What topics will be addressed at the conference?
A variety of topics will be addressed in both the general sessions and breakouts.  We will talk about a growing movement of pastors and churches who long to live an Acts 16:5 reality. Some of the topics addressed will be: faithfulness versus fruitfulness, contemporary versus traditional, and more versus better. Our breakouts will focus on the practical applications of a 16:5 philosophy in the programming and lifestyle of the church. Each of the general sessions and breakouts will include a time for Q & A as we look to apply the teachings to our specific contexts.
