Breakout Sessions:

3½ Things No One Tells You About Creativity

Over the years, we’ve learned a few things about “being creative”. Actually, since writing this description, we’ve probably learned a few more things. For us, trying to create service elements that keep people engaged is tough. We want to share a few of the things that we’ve learned while riding the creative struggle bus.

Adam left a career in the energy industry to become the Executive Director of Creative Arts at Northridge. He has been on staff since the day after his Packers last won the Super Bowl. Eight years is a long time to wait for another championship but he's stayed busy helping Northridge make more and better. In his role, he gets the opportunity to resource and guide the creative team. He and his wife Jenn have three biological kids and their family serves in the ministry of foster care together.
